Privacy Policy

FoF ("Friend of Friend") is a trusted-introduction network operated by Super Founder Hub ("we", "us"). To route introductions, we necessarily process information about you, your professional connections, and the requests you make. We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for advertising. This policy explains, in plain English, exactly what we collect and why.

Information you give us:

• Identity and contact details: name, WhatsApp number, email address, UPI ID (for payouts).
• Professional profile: the domains, roles and expertise you register with.
• Message content: every WhatsApp or email message you exchange with FoF (your Asks, forwards, intros, confirmations, payment references) is stored and parsed so the service can work.
• Join requests: who you say invited you, and — if you are the inviter — your confirmation or decline of that invite.

Information you give us about other people: when you submit an introduction ("INTRO: name, company, role, contact") or forward an Ask to someone outside FoF, you provide us personal data about a third party. You confirm you have a genuine relationship with that person and a reasonable basis to share their professional contact details for the purpose of a business introduction. We use those details only to facilitate that specific introduction.

Information we generate: your trust graph (who you are connected to and how the connection was made), FoF-Rank score, Karma points, response rates, and forwarding/introduction history. These computed scores affect which Asks are routed to you.

• Routing Asks to the members most likely to help (the core service).
• Tracking forwarding chains so rewards and Karma are attributed correctly.
• Facilitating reward settlement: calculating splits, verifying UPI collection references, and recording payouts.
• Verifying invitations and preventing fake accounts, spam and network abuse.
• Operating disputes, audits and support.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

• Other members, minimally: when an Ask is routed to someone, they see the Ask text, the reward, and the name of the person who forwarded it. Your Asks are never public — there is no feed.
• Service providers: messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (and email providers where applicable), and our infrastructure runs on cloud hosting providers. These processors handle data only to deliver the service.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose data if required by Indian law, court order, or to protect our legal rights, users, or the public.

We store your UPI ID, transaction references and split amounts to operate reward settlement. We never collect or store bank passwords, card numbers, UPI PINs or other payment credentials. All payments happen through your own UPI app.

We retain your data while your account is active. Transaction, payment and audit records are retained for as long as required for legal, tax and dispute-resolution purposes even after account closure. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email support@fof.link — we will action verified requests within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep.

As a data principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may: access a summary of the personal data we hold about you; request correction or erasure; withdraw consent (which may end our ability to provide the service); nominate a person to exercise your rights; and raise a grievance. Contact our grievance officer at support@fof.link. If unsatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to authorised operators, and every sensitive action (payments, disputes, karma changes) is written to an internal audit log. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and the relevant authorities of any breach as required by law.

FoF is for adults. You must be 18 or older to join, and we do not knowingly process children's data.
