Terms of Service

FoF ("Friend of Friend") is a trusted-introduction routing service operated by Super Founder Hub ("FoF", "we", "us"), Bengaluru, India. By requesting to join, using the service over WhatsApp or email, or accessing fof.link, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use FoF. You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law.

FoF routes introduction requests ("Asks") through chains of trusted members, records who contributed, and facilitates the settlement of rewards that askers voluntarily attach.

FoF is NOT:

• An escrow service, bank, payment aggregator or regulated payment system. We do not hold funds on your behalf. Reward collection and payouts are manual UPI transfers verified by our operators.
• A party to your introductions or deals. The reward promise is a commitment made by the asker to the contributing chain. Any business dealings that follow an introduction are entirely between the people involved.
• A guarantee of outcomes. We do not promise that any Ask will receive responses, introductions, meetings or deals, or that any member's information is accurate.

• By posting an Ask with a cash reward, you make a binding commitment to pay that reward if you confirm a qualifying outcome.
• FoF charges a 9% platform fee on cash rewards. The remaining 91% is distributed across the successful chain per the published split (100% single hop; 30/70 two hops; 15/25/60 three hops). Asks routed through a community carry an additional disclosed Community Route Fee (default 33%) of the distributable pool.
• Settlement flow: you confirm the outcome → FoF calculates splits → you pay the full amount to FoF's UPI ID and submit the transaction reference → an operator verifies it → contributors are paid to their registered UPI IDs. Contributors are responsible for keeping an accurate UPI ID on file.
• Non-payment: failing to pay a confirmed reward is a material breach. We may record it on your profile, suspend or terminate your account, notify affected chain members, and pursue recovery. Fee percentages may change prospectively with notice; changes never apply to already-confirmed outcomes.
• Taxes: you are solely responsible for any tax obligations on rewards you pay or receive. We may report information where the law requires.

• Provide accurate information about yourself, and only share another person's contact details (in intros or forwards) if you genuinely know them and reasonably believe they would welcome the introduction.
• Vouching: confirming an invite ("YES") or an invite-link signup means you personally vouch for that person. Knowingly vouching for someone you do not know is grounds for removal.
• No spam, harassment, unlawful requests, fake Asks, fake intros, self-dealing chains, or manipulation of Karma/FoF-Rank.
• No circumvention: using FoF to identify a route and then completing the introduction off-platform to avoid the reward or fees is a breach. We may suspend accounts and recover fees that were avoided in bad faith.
• No scraping, harvesting member data, reverse-engineering, or automated access without written permission.

Any participant in an Ask may raise a dispute, which immediately freezes related rewards. An FoF operator will review the recorded chain, messages and evidence, and decide whether splits are released or cancelled. For the purpose of releasing funds through the platform, FoF's determination is final. This does not prevent you from pursuing independent legal remedies against another member; FoF is not a party to that dispute.

Karma points and FoF-Rank are internal reputation measures. They have no cash value, are not redeemable or transferable, and may be recalculated, adjusted or reversed (including for fraud or error) at our discretion. Routing decisions made by our ranking system are ours to make and may change at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal risk, or harm to the network. You may leave at any time by contacting support@fof.link. Confirmed but unsettled obligations (rewards owed or owing) survive termination.

FoF is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not vet, endorse or guarantee any member, introduction, community, or the truthfulness of any information members provide. You interact with other members at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law: Super Founder Hub, its owners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of goodwill or data arising from your use of FoF — including failed introductions, unpaid rewards by other members, member conduct, or service interruptions. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is lower. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Founder Hub from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; content or personal data you submit (including third-party contact details); your introductions and business dealings with other members; or your violation of any law or third-party right.

The FoF name, service, software, ranking systems and content are owned by Super Founder Hub. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content of your messages, and grant us a licence to process and store it to operate the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory arbitration we may later introduce with notice, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute with FoF. Before filing any claim, you agree to first raise the issue with us at support@fof.link and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via WhatsApp or email, and continued use after notice means acceptance. If any clause is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign your account; we may assign these Terms in a business transfer. These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Super Founder Hub regarding FoF.
